Glulam Orchards Grow At Music Center

The design team has referred to the classroom and exterior spaces at the Music Center at Indian Hill as orchards. We've manufactured hundreds of glulam 'trees' for these orchards over the past year and a half.

We thought this photo was noteworthy, because you can see the sprinkler pipe holes that we shop fabricated.

As we've been saying, this project is noteworthy because nothing is straight and nothing is repeated. These are photos of a few of the various curved roof beams we've been making. These might sit on straight columns, but the steel connecting the columns to the beams is custom made for each connection.
