Unalam has a long connection to farming. For 80 years, we supplied Unadilla silos to hundreds of family farms in our area. In fact, it was this farm business that got us into making glulam. Our customers needed barns, so we started manufacturing glulam gothic arch rafters. Within months, we'd started making glulam for churches, homes, and other architectural projects - and the rest is history.
A couple of years ago, we manufactured the arches for this sign (on the left) that is in front of a farm brewery. It was designed to mirror the look of the barn.
