It has been 40 years this year since we helped build the manufacturing facility and offices for then Keith Clark, now ACCO Brands in Sidney, NY.

Choosing glulam and Unalam was an easy choice - we are right next door! Using glulam for manufacturing facilities is a great choice as the wood absorbs the noise of the machines, the girders do not collect dust, mechanical and electrical installation and modifications are easier with wood, and the aesthetics create a more pleasant environment for employees.

Beyond the benefits of using glulam, they reaped the benefits of using local companies. Shipping and mobilization costs were minimal as we are less than a mile away and the installer used was from the next town over.
