This weekend, Boy Scouts from far and wide came to our hometown to celebrate the 100th anniversary of scouting in America. Unadilla happens to be home to Troop 1, the longest continuously chartered Boy Scout troop in the country. Una-Lam participated in the celebration by decorating a float for the parade. Here are some photo highlights:
Here we are putting the finishing touch on our float in the staging area. Notice the glulam basketball pole. Una-Lam has sold these pole and backboard kits for a number of years and if you are interested in adding one to your property please call us at 607-369-9341.
President Theodore Roosevelt was on hand to observe the centennial festivities. Here he is posing with the Van Cott family in front of our float.

This photo gets back to our roots. It is a small silo that we used to take to fairs and trade shows as a demo model when we used to be in the silo business.
