It's been really cold (and a little bit snowy) around here, but that didn't stop this glulam from getting off of the ground. Located in the Catskills - not too far from us at Unalam - this will eventually be a wedding and event venue. This photo shows the glulam arch structure of the building before decking gets installed and the building gets finished.
We coined the term Tudor-Gambrel arches on this project because there are two different slopes on the roof line. So, these aren't typical Tudor arches. They're Tudor arches with a change in slope to create a gambrel shape to make the building look more like a barn.
