2016 Year In Review

It's going to be a busy end to a busy 2016, but we want to take a little time now to reflect on the past year.

In 2016, our team worked on a number of exciting projects. From breweries to residences to bridges and more, we did a lot of unique custom work. Probably the most noteworthy is Martin Puryear's Big Bling sculpture that is still on display at Madison Square Park in NYC. We enjoyed helping to bring Martin's vision to life.

This year, Unalam also received a 2016 Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Leadership Award. Our President and our VP of Operations traveled to Greenbuild in Los Angeles to receive this honor. We were recognized for our commitment to growing and innovating our business by making the most efficient use of natural resources.  

We had a lot of fun in 2016, not only making glulam, but making a video series about our company. Here's our intro Newsreel video.
